Our planners will take care of the logistics and planning to ensure a successful event, while our stylists will work with you to create a unique and beautiful atmosphere that reflects your personal style. We'll work closely with you to make sure that your vision is brought to life and that your event is one that you'll remember forever.
Planner
Not sure if you need a planner? Depending on the type of event, the planning process can take anywhere from 10-60 hours. Let us help you through the maze. We will incorporate all your ideas into one plan. We will review the budget, negotiate contracts, and create a unique design. In addition, you will have access to our vendor lists, and we can make recommendations based on your personal preferences.
Designer | Stylist
Have a design idea but not sure how to execute it? Our team designs event space aesthetics and themes for any style and occasion. We will help you craft a blueprint to incorporate the look, feel, and ambiance of your vision. We will manage vendor contracts and any necessary rentals. We not only execute event setup and placement but also break down and pick up rental equipment, providing a seamless service from concept to completion.
Event Manager
Do you need an event manager to help you iron out the details of your event? We will assist you with all the logistics before and during your event. This includes creating and managing the timeline and floor plans, hiring vendors, attending venue walkthroughs, and coordinating the event the day of.
Coordinator
Do you need help with the day-of logistics of your event? Allow us to be your assistant. Leave the frenzy and worrying to us. We will handle any issues and emergencies that may arise so that you have the event of your dreams. This service includes day-of management, meeting deliveries and vendors, creating detailed timelines, and directing set-up and tear-down for the event.
