  • What areas do you service?
    Cali Soiree is based in The Greater Sacramento area and services Northern California. Travel fee may apply.
  • How long will the set up take?
    Set-ups will take approximately 2-4 hours, depending on the event & decor.
  • What are the venue requirements?
    Clients must have a close parking area and clear access to the entryway. Designated area and path must be cleaned and cleared prior to arrival. We do not move any furniture, and will not be responsible for damages to items not removed as requested. We reserve the right to refuse set up at any time. Additional stair charge will apply.
  • Payments and Deposits
    A non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking. The deposit secures the date and time. Balance must be paid 60 days prior to event date. All events booked within the 60-day period must be paid in full at time of booking. In addition, a refundable damage fee will also be due at the time of booking.
  • Damage Fee
    A refundable deposit fee will be held until all items are return. If items are missing, or damages occur, the account will be assessed a fee to be deducted from the deposit.
  • Changes and Cancellations
    All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to 60 days of the event. No changes, refunds or cancellations are given within the 60-day period. Change of date fee will apply if done within the 60-day period.
